My darling, beautiful, sweet daughter Erika turned 2 in October. Her 2's started out pretty well, but now we're in the Terrible mode!
Favorite word: NO! Favorite motion: shaking her head "no"! Favorite game: hitting her big brother or pulling his hair! I'll tell ya, if she wasn't so cute...

Oh it's true Mel. Only for some, the terrible two's start @ around 18 months and last until they are 3 or 4!
I'll say this, my other 2 kids went thru this stage pretty much on schedule and it lasted a little past their 3rd birthday. Thankfully, this is the last time I'll be going through it!

It sounds like Erika is finding her place in the pecking order of things! Jenni was the same way with Josh. I would have to literally drag her off of him. But
I would catch him out of the corner of my eye pulling her hair, or pushing her, or kicking at her. Payback can be a bi&^%!
Erika is just adorable BTW - she is one of those kids who can look at you with those big eyes of hers and you just melt.

But I must say, her big blue eyes melt me every time--especially if there are big ole crocodile tears in them...

Abby is in that stage, she hit it early she hit it like last summer, it is her way or she hits or screms and says it is hers.
